Cedar Park Assembly of God challenged a Washington state law forcing church insurance plans to cover elective abortions. The Robertson Center filed a brief in support of Cedar Park. Our brief explained why the application of the Washington law to churches like Cedar Park violates the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause.
